RedeMont originated from a group of forward-thinking lawyers with a proud connection to their local business, arts and cultural community. Previously part of respected legacy brand, MinterEllison Gold Coast, the leadership team sought a strong brand that retained the gravitas of their past while embracing a fresh, energetic future.

Crafting a
dynamic identity

DAIS worked closely with the partners to understand their core values and define their unique position in the legal landscape. Through stakeholder workshops, competitor analysis, and brand audits, DAIS identified a need for a name and identity that merged the gravitas of ‘big law’ with the agility of a modern, ambitious practice.

A cohesive brand strategy was developed that aligned the firm’s values with a bold new direction. The result was RedeMont, a brand that fosters authentic relationships with long-term impact.

A brand identity inspired by brilliance

The rebrand to RedeMont was driven by the objectives: Be distinctive. Be smart. Be ambitious. DAIS strategically crafted the name RedeMont, combining “rede” (counsel) with “mont” (mountain) to symbolise wisdom and the ascent to new heights of excellence.

This brand was truly Brilliance Inspired, conveying RedeMont’s commitment to delivering Dynamic Counsel and Invaluable Insights, while ensuring the team’s passion for the Arts and Cultural scene was woven into the brand DNA.

A bold transition for
commercial freedom

Guided by leadership values, the new brand identity was launched with a focus on differentiation and growth. DAIS collaborated closely to develop a compelling narrative, and new brand assets including a website, signage, corporate collateral and templates, and digital and print materials.

The brand promise, Astute Advantage, captures the firm’s ability to deliver insightful solutions, positioning them as the legal counsel of choice for clients whilst also being a magnet for top-tier talent.

The result was a creatively inspired, powerful and robust brand that celebrates RedeMont’s Gold Coast roots and global leadership across corporate, private and government sectors.
