The name ‘Hatrix’ is a play on the sporting term ‘hat-trick’ which connects to the brand promise, ‘All Win’. Their unique process provides a ‘win’ for all three stakeholders: the client, the candidate and their team. When they deliver it repeatedly with consistency – that’s a Hatrix. An ‘All Win’ is when they all perform, winning repeat business which sees more people transition into permanent employment.
The Hatrix brand identity was born from their existing values-driven approach and purpose as a business. However, as a big step away from their current brand, it was important that their new era was embraced by their team to ensure a smooth and successful transition that met the business objectives.
