Project Situation

CRB Groupe began as a recruitment business in 2020 during a challenging employment period. With a vision to build their business around their unique values-driven approach, the owners and executive team engaged DAIS to craft a new brand that reflected their core values, services, and proven methodology.

Connection to values

To discover a value proposition and key differentiators, DAIS worked with the owners to understand the business needs, facilitating workshops with the executive team about their brand goals and interviewing customers. It was clear CRB Groupe delivered better results than the market average by using their proven process to connect to talent and clients. DAIS developed a cohesive brand strategy that weaved together their values and brand process in a memorable new name and brand.

Scoring a hat-trick

The theme of ‘three’ was central to the brand strategy and is integrated throughout the brand to create a consistent story across every touchpoint.

The name ‘Hatrix’ is a play on the sporting term ‘hat-trick’ which connects to the brand promise, ‘All Win’. Their unique process provides a ‘win’ for all three stakeholders: the client, the candidate and their team. When they deliver it repeatedly with consistency – that’s a Hatrix. An ‘All Win’ is when they all perform, winning repeat business which sees more people transition into permanent employment.

A new era

The Hatrix brand identity was born from their existing values-driven approach and purpose as a business. However, as a big step away from their current brand, it was important that their new era was embraced by their team to ensure a smooth and successful transition that met the business objectives. By supporting the team with the right brand tools and resources, it ensured the launch and ongoing messaging, voice, and visuals were consistent with the brand strategy.
