Unifying a diverse legacy to inspire a brilliant future

To consolidate its many acquisitions and add structure and clarity to its multiple service streams, Modoras needed a clear brand structure to unify its businesses and clarify its services, along with a reinvigorated purpose to inspire both clients and employees.

The Client

Modoras is a professional services firm with a history of growth through acquisitions, resulting in a complex portfolio of services and client relationships across multiple locations. While the firm had built strong client trust and delivered exceptional outcomes, its brand identity was fragmented and lacked a clear, unifying purpose.

The Opportunity

With multiple service streams and client touchpoints, Modoras faced the risk of brand dilution and internal misalignment. The firm needed to consolidate its brand, articulate a compelling purpose, and create messaging that clearly communicates the value it delivers at the highest level.

Through research and benchmarking, we developed a strategic framework for the brand that focused on what Modoras stands FOR — delivering brilliant outcomes and experiences.

Clarifying Purpose & Positioning

DAIS worked closely with Modoras’ leadership and stakeholders to define the strategic foundation of the brand. Through market and competitor benchmarking, stakeholder and leadership workshops, and brand positioning and messaging development, we established a clear and inspiring brand purpose:

‘We unlock potential – fuelling financial opportunity to create prosperous futures.’

This purpose sits at the heart of the brand, supported by the positioning: “We are Accounting for Wealth”, and grounded in the values of ‘Fuel the Future’, ‘Own the Outcome’ and ‘Raise the Roof’, reflecting ambition, empowerment, and client-centric outcomes. These elements provided Modoras with a cohesive framework to guide all communications, decision-making, and brand experiences.

Bringing the brand to life

DAIS translated the strategy into tangible, visually compelling assets to reflect Modoras’ strong, future-focused positioning. The work included:
